Awful service

I placed a Order on Shein on 29th May- I was expecting the order to be delivered by the 13th to 15th Of june- I was then told my item was delayed by customers and will take a further 10-15 days for my order to arrive. I have emailed this company multiple times with no responds! I paid so much money for a order that I have yet to received! I need answers immediately
