Avoid Buffalo Logistics at All Costs - Horrible Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Buffalo Logistics. My package, shipped via Shein, was supposed to be delivered, but I never received it.

Despite receiving notifications that the package was delivered, I found nothing. I contacted Buffalo Logistics, and they promised to investigate, saying it would take 48 hours.

However, after multiple follow-ups over THREE WEEKS, I'm still being told that they're "investigating" and need another 48 hours. It's unacceptable that I've had to chase them repeatedly, only to be met with empty promises.

As a customer, I expect better. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution is appalling. I've asked for a refund, but they refuse, citing the ongoing "investigation."

I strongly advise against using Buffalo Logistics. Their service is unreliable, and their customer support is ineffective.
