Avoid Buffalo Logistics at All Costs

I'm extremely frustrated with Buffalo Logistics. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my parcel (Tracking number: BUFZA7JB02262G6YQ) was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The call center has given me excuses for 8 weeks, and now they're delaying my refund.

As someone in the logistics field, I've warned my employer to avoid doing business with them. Their service is unacceptable. To anyone considering Buffalo Logistics, I strongly advise against it.
