Avoid Buffalo logistics at all costs

Don't even waste your time ordering from Shein while they still use Buffalo to distribute because there's an 80% chance you won't receive your order.

Apparently, they have a new warehouse and no one knows where anything is, no one is able to fetch their orders, on top of that they won't give you the courier details, and they also refuse to follow up with the courier to find out when exactly they will come.

The driver **** and said that he couldn't reach me when he didn't bother to call and returned the package which remained in warehouse and was never dispatched again even though I requested that it be rescheduled for the next day after receiving the failed delivery email.

I called 4 times to get information about my order and each time I received a different answer each time. First it was in the warehouse then it was with the courier and then it was back in the warehouse (in one call) so I knew that the female I was speaking to had no idea about what she was talking about, she just kept on saying what she thought I wanted to hear and avoiding my questions. None of her answers made sense so I called again. The next guy had the audacity to say it had been dispatched at 9:58 and would be delivered the same day knowing every well that would not happen. I knew what he was saying was bull**** because that's not what the timeline said so I called again. The 3rd lady explained that it was still in the warehouse, it had not been dispatched when it was supposed to and she had somehow escalated it, only then did I see an update on the app to say it was given to the third party courier, but that gave me little joy as I'm still waiting with no sign of delivery anywhere. I can't even get a refund until they deliver so I guess I should prepare for weeks of waiting in limbo
