Atrocious - get ready to rumble

If there we negative stars I would have chosen that option. This business is horrible. There is no communication between business units. To follow up on a query is impossible. The staff are not empowered to problem solve and no one is privy to what any other department is doing. Escalations are merely to placate customers and result in nothing more than a message saying that the issue has been escalated. I think the employees are trying to do their best but the customer troubleshooting side of the business is atrocious.
