Atrocious communication and services

It's impossible to get through to a living person! My delivery has been attempted, but unsuccessfully because the business is closed. I have tried to communicate this to Buffalo and keep getting automated responses! Nobody called me when they arrived at the premises. I keep trying to speak with a person to try reschedule the delivery, but only bots are answering. This is beyond ridiculous!!!
