At least the Post Office still delivers

What a joke! The non-existing service is beyond pathetic. After each query on the Buffalo website, it responds with a SECONDARY DELIVERY FEE that should be paid. It seems to be automated replies, because when logging a query, one can put in just about any name in the “Name” field, and in their email reply, you’ll be addressed in that name. In my experience, the Post Office is much more reliable than Buffalo Logistics. In the meantime, someone is laughing all the way to the bank, with your and my ****en money.
