Appalling Service from Buffalo Logistics

I placed an order with SHEIN and they use Buffalo Logistics to ship. They did not inform me my parcel was stuck at customs...and a week later when I had to once again call in to find out what was happening with my parcel, I was informed it had been hijacked. They said they would send me a form that I could complete and send to SHEIN to either get a refund or replacement...I STILL havent received the form. I placed another order with SHEIN and received the invoice to pay the TAX/DUTY...I paid immediately...they still haven't acknowledged receipt despite numerous emails, whatsapp's and MANY calls that simply get cut off...it is near IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them and they do not respond! It is VERY frustrating. They do not deserve the one star to be honest...their service is deplorable. SHEIN are going to start losing business because of the sub par service given by Buffalo Logistics.
