Appalling service delivery and communication: Buffalo International Logistics

Package that was suppose to arrival on the 17th of March has not been delivered. Got an sms to pay the import taxes and paid through the link but the debit didn’t go through. Furthermore, it was only upon calling Buffalo logistics that I was aware that the transaction did not pull through. I’ve then made the payment but to date I’ve received any update and the parcel status is still processing intl operations. The package has been in SA since the 6th of March. I wish we had an option to choose which logistics company to use because this poor communications is appalling
