Appalling Service

I am so upset of the service I received with Buffalo International Logistics, My parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday I waited for the call and kept on going to check at the security gate, around 5pm I received an sms that driver tried to contact me to no avail so my parcel was sent back. My phone was on the whole day and I do not even have missed calls. I tried to reach them on there WhatsApp chat and web chat no one responds, I sent an email and was told it was out for delivery today, when I tracked it says it was returned to the warehouse because of incorrect number, my number is not incorrect I called them to add alternative number, now they say they will charge me for delivery fee. Who's fault was it because of there driver that was not honest.
