Appalling Buffalo Logistics

Terrible customer service from Buffalo. The parcel was supposed to be collected within 2 days. No one answers WhatsApp, phone, or email. One cannot respond to emails as they are NO REPLY. Then a phone call at 23.09 from a no-reply phone number. Which company phones at this hour? Please just respond to messages!
