Appalled by service

One thing about companies. Is when you promise a client something, especially a delivery date. Please do it. Because this is the date YOU gave us.

Now this does not apply to Buffalo Logistics. I made a purchase on shein on the 2nd of April. Scheduled date was the 24 April. I was expecting it to be a few days late due to the new covid shipping regulations. But it is the 1st of May now and i still haven’t received the package. I have tried contacting them but they keep putting me on hold and then hang up after a few minutes.

This service is the worst I have ever experienced by a business ever.

If i could do it. I’d really give them a 0 star rating.
