Appaling service, horrible customer consultants!

Horrible service from this company. Its a pity iam unable to choose the courier company to deliver for me. I would strongly recommend NOT using them if you have a choice. Their customer service consultants are also ***********, clueless and and they give information that is inaccurate. They do not communicate with each other as well. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week, yet everytime i call they say its sitting in their Durban warehouse waiting to be assigned a driver. When you offer to go collect it yourself, they do not want to give you information about where this so called distribution centre is. It is sooo frustrating to wait soo long for your parcel, just because they are not allocating it to a driver. The rudeness from some of the consultants is appalling! Some lie to you saying your parcel is out for delivery meanwhile you are waiting for Something that will not be delivered. They need to go back to the drawing board, re-train their staff, hire more delivery drivers to meet the growing demand and not leave their customers soo frustrated waiting so long for their parcels
