Another week gone and still no refund from this company

Another week gone and still no refund from this company. It’s been over a month and no refund. The company is impossible to get hold of. Their finance number from the email signature doesn’t exist. What type of **** is this. I’m going to report to the consumer protection. This is absolutely disgusting
