Annoyed

You know what I have worked perfectly well with this company until today. On the 8/9/2023 I received this message Hi Lerato Kukuni, Your parcel has been dispatched and will be delivered within 48 hours. Thank you for using Buffalo. Please note no fees are outstanding. On the 8/9/2023 I see a missed call on WhatsApp @16:37 and @16:42 I return the call and it kept saying number busy and I don’t even know who it was so I texted the number back to ask who the person was only to be told it’s the driver from Buffalo and since I did not answer he has passed!!! I always get the call directly not via WhatsApp from my phone and the nerve to be told the order has passed cs I didn’t answer. Why on earth is there a delivery address when the person did not even stop at the required address. Each time the other drivers come to my address deliver it. This one was never even outside my workplace maybe it Friday we do half the job
