Angry customer

Very bad experience. Ordered my shein package on the 26th of November. To this date I have not received my package. According to them my parcel was delivered to the wrong destination and was returned. Tried communicating with them but all I get is a machine response. On WhatsApp they keep on saying my order is out for delivery and will be with me shortly, however it's been days saying that but still no package. No response no nothing and they are line is not even going through. Ordering online has become a nightmare because of this courier. Shein and Temu must change couriers if they want to keep their business.
