Angry customer

appalling service,Still haven't received my parcel from the 25th of February and i tried to call them they are just hard to reach to when calling. They stopped updating my shipment 05 March after clearing it in south africa and I still haven't received any update. I called and they said they have escalated the matter but still nothing. The whatsapp line is quite useless yerrr what a courier service. This actually deserves the OMBUDSMAN
