Angry customer

Disappointed with Buffalo Logistics I've ordered from Temu my parcel has been in Buffalo since from the 4th of February 2025 I've called, emailed them regarding my parcel their response is the driver called me and I didn't answer my phone which is a lie,the driver returned my package to Wearhouse No one called me,no one came to drop off my package I've called again thinking maybe parcel is on the way because they told me it will take 48hrs which was Monday but their telling me to pay delivery fee again for what Buffalo drivers their lying please can I have my package
