Angry

I received an email saying they tried to deliver my parcel and failed bcz they sent wrong address and worse part no one called me. and i have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks and they always deliver at my workplace and i have never experience any problems until today and tried calling the call center and i have been holding for long time with no help. can someone advise when will i receive my parcel and why no one called me?
