*********** and unprofessional services

This is the most unprofessional, unhelpful and borderline rude delivery company I have ever had to deal with. They are unwilling to assist their customers who pay for a service. They do not deliver packages when they send out SMS’s about packages being out for delivery and they refuse to allow pick up at their hub. Furthermore they blame the clients when they fail to deliver. They should be reported to SARS.
