*********** and unprofessional service delivery

I waited since the 29th for my Shein order. It arrived in my local town since the 29th no delivery. Now because I need to have it delivered by today the 31st, I called Buffalo couriers to request that they give me location I am willing to collect my parcel since I need the items by today the 31st. I was told on that phone call that such information is not available. How can one be so inconvenienced and the efforts brought to mitigate the problem just get dismissed with such a lame response. I am extremely disappointed by this.
