******** and unprofessional conduct from a delivery company that deserves a zero star rating

Thoroughly disappointed with the service from these people. Their driver is rude and ******** in Stellenbosch. Zero communication about the date and time of delivery for alternate arrangements to be made with no attempt to contact the customer on the day of delivery with an approximate time of delivery.

Actively wanted to give my parcel to a stranger because he didn't want to come back to the location and only after I repeatedly informed him to not do this did he put the parcel away. The parcel is now lost and there is likely no chance I will get it as he refused to deliver it today and said he won't be bringing it here.

The communication from this company is disgusting and severely unprofessional.
