*********** and selfish buffalo logistics

I have a complain about Buffalo, yesterday was the day they were supposed to send my parcel but to ma surprise I received an email from. Shein telling me the is something with my address or my number. A lot of courier companies have been delivering using the same address and my phone is working fine. I am very disappointed and fluming because the delivery guy did not call me. I have paid my tax on time and I need that parcel by Friday late. Today I called the buffalo company the lady who was helping me did not even ask for my tracking number I am really ****ed and buffalo is just sabotaging Shein please help me get my parcel by tomorrow.
