**** and said order was delivered when it was not

I would like to say i am very disappointed in Buffalo Logistics . They are now sending us false emails saying our orders have been delivered when we have not recieved them and bear in mind i have been waiting for it and how frustrating it is to pay a large amount of money ordering , then waiting over 2 weeks to get your order only to get it ******. I called and didn't recieve any help , i don't understand why it would take 48hrs to track the driver that **** and said he delivered my parcel when i have not received ANYTHING and i needed it for mothers day .
