All the rumors about Buffalo are true

I order my order and it was supposed to come yesterday, yet it did not because they reach me via the phone which they never contact me or anything like that. Now it was returned and I'm leaving tomorrow night for good now I've sent emails , whatsapp message to the number buy ts clearly AI answering that in a live chat nothing any one can do.. Most people are leaving tomorrow. I am literally from 1000km away from home . This is my last year. I am not coming back here in January here. When am I going to get my order ? It's my first tims ordering using buffalo and having this problem.all the rumors are true I'm leaving tomorrow night, so unless there's a way for the parcel to come to Kzn, then I really don't understand how. Before my address was correct and my number was correct , how am I paying for something that was not my fault, even if it was why was the reason tel no and not address?
