Abysmal Customer service and nightmarish shopping experience

This company's customer service has not only hit rock bottom, but has begun to excavate. We ordered and paid online. They said the package had been dispatched but was returned because we did not take the courier's phone call. Our records show no phone call was ever made. The same happened the subsequent four days, despite our monitoring our phones closely. The customer service is completely rude and useless. They blame the courier company or just hang up on you. That is if you are fortunate enough to get through at all. We even offered to pick it up from their warehouse but were told that this would be impossible. It has been a frustrating and awful experience. I have no hope of getting the parcel, but am writing this so that there is a record that we complained for when we take this to court. I am happy to start a class action if anyone else is interested in joining, to get our money back, should the company not resolve the matter fast.
