Abysmal Customer Service

I have been trying to reach them since this morning about a package that was "rescheduled" for delivery. I have tried phoning, got to first in line then the agent was unavailable. I tried speaking to a consultant via their messaging on both my phone and computer and they also cannot assist because by the time my message is sent, they take ages to respond and when they do, I cannot reply because the session "expired". I have never had this issue with them before. Their customer service is horrid (that actually isn't a good enough word to describe it).
