Absolutely worst *********** company
Absolute worst and frustrating company to deal with... I've had my parcel picked up and out on delivery but returned at the end of the day because of vehicle issues. Then out again only be told they have the wrong address and they arent sure when they will send it out again... no response to emails, whatsapps... when you get through on the phone the agents put the phone down... these people should not be in charge of delivering these parcels from Shein, what ever contract they have should be cancelled!!!

I'm calling from a freaking landline!! guess your phones don't work either!! At this point i will ensure i tell every single person i meet about Buffalo and Fastway the attitude and absolute lack of service is the worst i'v ever experianced

Absolutely ZERO contact from the company... been calling them for since 8 am, and every time someone eventually answers they can hear me? I'm calling from a freaking landline!! guess your phones don't work either!! At this point i will ensure i tell every single person i meet about Buffalo and Fastway the attitude and absolute lack of service is the worst i'v ever experianced

09 May 2024, 15:10Thats correct, that is my wife and just as an FYI she didnt get any calls either, i have left my details with a few of your consultants... unfortunately she doesn't have 20 to 30 minutes to sit on the phone for someone to answer, and then put the phone down (seems to be a JHB branch problem)... anyway managed to get through to a lady in your cape town branch who promised to get a manager to call us asap... now we await again...
