Absolutely Useless

They claim they tried to deliver 3 times and couldn't reach me on the phone. I work from home and is thereforealways at home. They were never at my house and I did not receive any calls. They also claim there was no safe space to leave the package. Again nonsense as my gate isn't locked and they could have just placed it inside where no one would have seen it. I needed these packages to complete client orders and will now loose business due to this company's lack of service. They also do answer their phone and the WhatsApp service is equally useless.
