Absolutely Pathetic Service-Please Close shop!!!!

Absolutely pathetic customer service, I have a parcel that has been with a 3rd party courier company for over a month now, they drop calls when I call, they don't respond to emails, WhatsApp number does not get attended to, you go back to Shein, they are equally as useless, at this moment I am the biggest loser as I have paid for an order that has not been delivered, paid for customs for a non-existent parcel. I would give them - 5 starts if I could. Definitely the first and last time buying from Shein!!!
