Absolutely no service from Buffalo and no way to get in contact with them!

I ordered a package from Shein 7 September that apparently was delivered last week Friday as well as last week Sunday!!!! By buffalo. I made numerous attents to phone and e-mail Buffalo but there is no way of getting hold of anyone!!! I never received my package of R1,400.00 worth and have no way of contacting Buffalo I will never use their service again!!!!
