ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS

If you have a choice please don’t use this company, I have a package coming from Amazon and the retailer was in china, when the package got here I had minimal notifications even though they had my email and phone number at hand, I wasn’t even given a delivery date until 6:14 am on the day being given a EXTREMELY broad time frame of within 72 hours XD. Then while I was asleep at 5 to 8 my driver messages me telling me my package is out for delivery. Five minutes later he was at my front door and phones me in my normal phone and WhatsApp. By the time I woke up an hour later he was gone. Even if I was awake this time frame is horrible and the notification message seems almost forgetful.

The driver was nice I tried to arrange getting my package the same day by meeting up with him or having him drop it off at one of my friends work place which he said he was passing which he then stopped responding after the fourth call. After this I tried to track my package on Amazon which it stated it was being returned to seller in a panick I tried to get in hold with there team using there absolutely useless system. I first called it said no operators due to taxi strike? I then whatsapped it said a person would help me later and that I can email with the provided email, I then emailed and it said I need to download the app and contact through there. I download the app and I get the most in competent ai ever, it can’t even tell the difference between Agent and agent( the capital letter) when I requested an agent with the printed key word l. Made me wait 45 minutes for a real person which then just sat in the chat and left without saying anything and the ai told me to email on the exact email that sent me to them

Service is so bad I can’t even rate it cause I DIDNT GET ANY. AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHERE MY Package IS AND WHATS HAPPENING
