ABSOLUTE ****!

Buffalo logistics is an absolute **** and nightmare to deal with. I was sent an email informing me that my package was returned to the warehouse because no one was home to collect the package.

Firstly - I was not contacted at all (neither telephonically or by sms or email) to inform me about the delivery. Secondly - I have checked the cameras at my house and no delivery vans came to my house at all! This is a blatant lie on the part of an international company!

I’ve tried to contact Buffalo Logistics with no luck, they don’t answer calls, WhatsApp or emails. Shein needs to be made aware of how atrocious its South African delivery partner is!!

Buffalo Logistics - Please let us know what is happening to our parcels because in my opinion this calls for legal action against this atrocious company!!
