Absolute Non-existent service for RETURNS

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Buffalo International Logistics. Despite multiple attempts to initiate returns for parcels that were either damaged or incorrect, the company has consistently failed to collect the items. Although return requests are acknowledged and tracking numbers are issued, they are repeatedly cancelled without explanation or follow-up.

Efforts to escalate the issue via phone have been equally frustrating—calls are often dropped when the nature of the request is identified as a return, and promised collection dates are never honored. This lack of accountability and responsiveness has resulted in financial losses, as I am unable to recover costs for undelivered or incorrect goods.

Due to Buffalo’s poor handling of returns and refunds, I will no longer place orders with suppliers who rely on their logistics services. The experience has been deeply disappointing and has eroded trust in both the logistics provider and the associated vendors.
