Absolute communication interface between Buffalo International Logistics and its customers

I phoned them twice, and waited ten minutes only to hear their mailbox is full.

Sent messages on their web, as well as per Whattsap with no response

I am so disappointed, and I do not know how to interact with them.

How they do deserve to be in business is beyond my comprehension .

Giving them a ratinr of one star is totally undeserved.
