Abhorrent service from buffalo logistics

This company has given me perhaps the worst service of all the courier companies I have dealt with until now. My ordr from Shein has been stuck with them for a full two weeks now. They don't even bother to communicate to me what the problem is, i have tried calling to speak to an agent, emailing and whatsapping but still can't get a clear answer.

Buffalo logistics truly is an awful service provider.
