A Rude Corrier guy from Buffalo International

Buffalo Corriers previously delivered my SHEIN parcels well without any delay until the last delivery which was supposed to happen on the 29th of February 2024. I received a massage as usual that my parcel will be delivered within the next 48 hours, I left to work and made my helper aware of the delivery that is coming as they normally deliver same day after sending a massage. I came back from work around past 5 in the evening and we left the house to the mall, around 18:00 the massage was sent via what's up making us aware that the delivery is on its way, I did not see the massage as we were in a shopping mall and it was very noisy on the other hand it's already late we did not think they can come around that time as my helper waited the whole day.around 18:30 we receive a call from a courier guy that he is outside our home, I told him that we have left since we waited the whole day so we thought he is no longer coming, I then asked why is he delivering that late,he said when was I expecting him to deliver? I then said during normal working hours, meaning before the end of the business day,the guy already lost it and started shouting at me,he asked who said his normal working hours should as the same as mine ,so I asked if he was expecting me to be available even at night because our normal working hours are not the same? The conversation went south as the guy was lashing on me.I told him I did not get a message, only to find out that I will see a massage later which was sent 30 minutes ago. The guy made a statement that I can't remember his exact words but he told me that I will get my parcel when I am ready, until today 1 month few days later I still have not received my parcel. I have sent Buffalo International an email laying my complain,the responded after 3 weeks apologizing and they never got back to me. Every day they send me a massage that attempt for delivery has failed because I was not at home ,and I should follow the link for a new delivery date which requires more money, I have followed the link and I still get the same massage repeatedly. I have tried to call their office several times but they do not pick up the calls.What a bad experience because someone was trying to prove a point.
