A Parcel That Simply Never Arrives

Extremely disappointed with Buffalo Couriers.

My SHEIN parcel was ordered on 30 August at 08:59 and was handed over to Buffalo for delivery. The estimated delivery date was 9–11 September, but today is already 16 September and I am still waiting for my parcel.

That is an unacceptable delay, especially when the parcel has already been in the courier’s hands. I ordered these items for a specific reason and, because of this delay, I no longer need them.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and urgency. Customers should not have to chase a courier company for parcels that are already supposed to have been delivered.

Buffalo, please locate and deliver my parcel immediately. This level of service is extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed.
