A disgrace to logistics industry
Buffalo Logistics is the worst company ever. Yesterday I received an email that delivery was attempted, to my surprise I didn't receive any call from delivery guy. All the numbers provided are useless including their WhatsApp number that is not answered. Their service sucks. Unfortunately there's no zero star otherwise I would have given them zero

11 Aug 2023, 14:14I got my parcel but customer service of this company is terrible. I would give it 2 stars. The delivery guys must normalise to call clients when doing the deliveries
