A ******* and useless company

My parcel arrived in the country on time. It was collected by Buffalo international after all custom fees were paid. I have been waiting for it ever since. I was just informed that my parcel was rescheduled for delivery on the 2nd of December. I did not make that reschedule. I contacted the office but I spoke to an airhead who informed me that the driver made the reschedule. I wish Temu could have an alternative company where one could choose who to use. I ran out of patience after trying to make an arrangement to collect but that was turned off. I'm so disgusted and disappointed.
