I am so upset, I honestly dont know what to do anymore :( I made an order with Shein early November for my kids Christmas close and till date I have not received anything. I have emailed, I have called, I have gone to Buffalo Logistics warehouse to collect but I am still without my package. I received an sms and email Monday 19 December that my package is out for delivery and will receive it within 48hours, 5 days later still nothing. And I receive the message that my parcel was received but i never got any Package. This is such a terrible experience, and inconveniencing. I literally will never use Shein again because I am so so disappointed. I spend so much money and now my kids will have nothing to wear on Christmas and yet I paid an arm and Leg for their clothes including Buffalo Logistics Taxes which cost me R1500 :(. Never ever again will I use Shein.
