7 DAYS NO UPDATE - Horrible service

7 days no update. I am experiencing the worst service ever.i have paid my tax more than 7 days ago and ever since there is mo update. The contact number does not work.there is no response on email or WhatsApp. Just this robot responses that us of no help.my items are needed for an event. I will have to log an OMBUDSMAN COMPLAINT. Disappointed with this horrible service
