I order with Shein on the 10/08/2023 and paid tax on the 16/08/2023. I received an email that says my order has dispatched 23/08/2023. I received noting till today the 30/08/2023, when I call a rude agent told me the driver was hijacked and it is not their fault, i must sign on shein website and ask for refund. I was very shocked with this response.
