This company is a nightmare. I have placed my order with shein and buffalo logistics has received the parcel which had to be delivered to my address, however my tracking number status shows that I have received the package but I didn't receive anything. I then contacted a consultant who said that my parcel has been signed for with my name. This is a serious violation as they procedures and security is poor. The driver should be reliable to answer for this. Moreover, the "Signature" on my parcel was just my name and surname which was already printed in the delivery box. How can a business this big have such poor controls in place. I want an immediate resolution to this situation.
