On the first occasion of Buffalo Couriers delivering my parcel they came at 17:46 and our offices premises were closed. They didn’t call me to inform me they were coming because I would’ve waited. The second time they came on the 14th of December we closed at 2pm for our year end function but our year end function was 5 minutes away from our office premises, again the driver never called me to inform me they are coming. I tried so many times to ask the agents to inform their drivers to call me but every time, I was told they could not make notes on their side for their drivers. These are my prescription glasses getting delivered and I urgently need them ASAP. I was also told since this if the 3rd attempt of delivery I would be liable for the next delivery? Why am I liable for a delivery when the drivers are at fault and they **** about coming here there 3rd time? I was sitting outside our gate on the benches from 12:30 till 2pm for my lunch and no delivery car entered our premises nor did they call me again.

Please help me because this is frustrating, I need someone to assist me. Please.!
