POOR SERVICE buffalo is the worst

Was expecting my parcel to be delivered on Saturday the 8th of Nov cancel all my plans waiting at home for my parcel no driver pitch no call .Monday no call from the driver at 8 at night I received a message stating they tried to call which is lie and it’s the second time am experiencing this from baffulo stating they unable to reach me. The call centre is so useless they keep on escalating but am not receiving my parcel. I need my parcel .my parcel was scheduled for delivery again today return reason parcel wrongly allocated
