18 days of waiting on Buffalo for my order.

I placed an order on SHEIN on 21 March. My order has been in CPT since 31 March and I am still waiting on delivery of said order. I personally know of friends who have ordered a week post my order and received their delivery this week. Can you please tell me how priority works and how is my parcel been in Cape Town, my city, for 9 whole days with no movement and NO COMMUNICATION to me as a paying customer? Your call centre does not answer calls and you are left waiting, no replies on emails nor does your WhatsApp number exist, how is this managing expectations? Do not accept contracts if you cannot keep up with the demand. Period. We are done with excuses and lack of management on the issue.
