We ordered at Shein on the 13th of March and we expected to receive the delivery within 17 days. On the 18 of March we changed the address from the surbubs one (work) to the location since I was going on leave on the 20th of March and it was updated on the system. On the 25th March when we checked on the App it noted that 'driver picked up the order' and on the same day it changed to wrongly allocated. Meaning if I didn't change the driver we would have received the order. So Buffalo logistics prefer to deliver in the suburbs rather than the location and the last time I checked we used the same to pay for the Taxes. Everything is quicker in China the problem is when the goods arrive in SA or must we bribe you to deliver our goods? Please advise is there an option to collect the goods from your depot.
