Worst municipality in SA

<p>Buffalo City Municipality is by far the worst municipality in SA, you drive through the town of East London and you have grass growing as long as your shoulders, pot holes as deep as your knees can fit, open electrical boxes exposing dangerous wires which leads to our children getting shocked and even pass away due to this and the municipality does not take any responsibility and these electrical boxes gets reported and the municipality does not respond, ******* dumped all over the city especially in areas like, Buffalo Flats, Mdantsane and i can go on and on, the Buffalo Flats area is a disgusting area and certain places are so smelly you can hardly pass the area eg: Alphendale rugby field where there as disgraceful units build and the sanitary use of those units leaves the streets disgustingly smelly.</p> <p> </p> <p>East London is a very dirty town and a huge disgrace, when you look at Tswane Municipality and go to a city such as East London you ask yourself why such towns have municipalities? where are the tax payers money going to? This is a real shame as i grew up in that City and i am deeply humiliated by that city and it's municipality and very angry as we lose the life's of young and innocent children due to electrical shocking due to the poor respons of Buffalo city Municipality.</p> <p> </p> <p>Buffalo City Municipality must fall..... Daily Dispatch dated 16th February 2017 front page tragic story whereby BCM denies accountability of the electrical shock deaths after it has been reported numerus times.</p>
