Who do you call

I am trying to get hold of someone to cut down a tree causing damage to our property wall. Not one of the e-mail addresses or phone numbers works on their website except for the call centre. At the call centre, they have now given me five different non-functional phone numbers and a number of a doctor as if she is supposed to cut down the tree.

I have now tried for two weeks and am still no further in getting any help. I am hoping that this forum will help me get the assistance I need.
